Beer League Beauts Since 1971
North Gloucester Men's Hockey League
Ottawa's friendliest rec league.
OVER 45 GAMES A SEASON
Regular season plus playoffs, usually twice a week
ONE RINK, THE SAME NIGHTS
Every game at the Richcraft Sensplex on a Tue-Thur-Sun cycle.
GOOD VIBES ONLY
A high retention rate and a fair draft means good teammates
EVEN PLAYING FIELD
Balanced teams drafted fresh each season; trade night refines.
GET TO KNOW EVERYONE
Re-shuffling every season, not the same locker room for years
JERSEYS AND SOCKS PROVIDED
Just show up with your gear, a stick, and maybe a thirst.
Joining the league
The NGMHL fills by invitation, and spots open when someone moves on. Ask a player you know to put your name forward with the executives.
